Mr. Krishna Kumar Chhaparia

B.Com(Hons), F.C.A, A.C.S, A.A.S.M, M.I.I.A(U.S.A), D.I.S.A
After graduating from St. Xaviers College securing 14th Rank in Calcutta University, he became a Chartered Accountant in the year 1992, securing 22nd Rank in C.A(Inter) on All India Basis. He has rendered valuable service to the firm in the field of Taxation, Company Law Matters and Management Consultancy, on matters relating to Merger, Demerger and Acquisitions. Being a regular speaker at C.A Institute, SMTP classes of C.S Institute, I.C.W.A workshops, he has benefitted not only the members of the Institutes but his trainings in Regional Training Institute of Income Tax Department and Comptroller and Auditor General of India has benefitted Government of India too. He is Past President of Views Exchange and Ex-Officio member of various committees in EIRC- ICAI , EIRC-ICSI and DTPA from time to time. He is presently co-opted member of Direct Tax Committee of the ICAI.

Mr. Umang Chhaparia

B. Com (Hons), A.C.A.
Mr Umang Chhaparia qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2016. He is also a graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata and pursued specialized course in management skills from London School of Economics (LSE). He handles direct tax assessments and related compliance in the firm. He is also a faculty at Direct Tax Regional Training Institute, Kolkata and a speaker at various public and professional forums. He is also a certified Forensic Auditor under Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Further, he is also a Certified Valuer of Securities and Financial Assets under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of India. He is an active committee member of Views Exchange Study Circle Kolkata.

Mr. Subhash Kumar Baid

B.Com (Hons), F.C.A
Mr Subhash Kr Baid qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006 and is a partner in the firm since 1st June 2006. His expert knowledge in accounts and audit has helped the firm in various Statutory, Management, Internal and VAT Audit. He is the Head-in-charge of Audit division in Kolkata.

Mr. Nirav Sheth

B. Com (Hons), F.C.A.
Mr. Nirav Sheth qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. With his command over direct tax, he is handling block assessments and appeal matters. He is also a regular speaker at various public and professional forums.

Mr. Mayank Agarwal

B. Com (Hons), F.C.A.
He has expert knowledge in accounts, due diligence and system audit. He has also rendered valuable services to the firm in the field of Management Consultancy, matters relating to Merger, Demerger and Acquisitions. Accounting being his forte, he is a speaker at various public and non-public forums on various aspects of accounts and audit.

Mr. Ashish Modi

B. Com (Hons), A.C.A
He has been serving the firm since April 2014 as an Article Assistant and after being qualified Chartered Accountants joined the Firm as a Partner. He has handled assignments relating to Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Audit of various companies, banks and other organizations in private sector. He specializes in business reorganizations and corporate restructuring and is actively involved in various Demergers and Merger petitions filed by the firm for its clients. He is also actively involved in preparing various Company law petitions, forms etc and is handling the Certified Filing Centre (CFC) of the firm. He has been representing clients on various Company Law matter at appropriate level.
